摘要
针对人本管理对于提高中国煤矿企业安全性非常必要的问题,从中国煤矿安全生产现状出发,通过人本管理涵义的研究分析,提出对煤矿企业应用人本管理的建议。通过讨论表明为提高企业安全性,应采取强化安全意识教育、积极应用激励方法开发使用人力资源、培养"敬业人"的员工,以及使员工从"被管理者"向"管理者"转变。同时接受消费者的"管理"等方法。结果表明:加强人本管理,提高煤矿企业安全性,对于提高煤矿企业现代管理水平有特别重要意义。
In view of the problem of humanistic management enhancing coal mmmg enterprise satety, DaSlC OI me status of china coal mine safety in production, through the humanistic management, the advice on application the human-oriented management in coal mine enterprises is put forward. For improving enterprise sectlrity, the safety consciousness education should be taken to strengthen, positive incentive methods to develop applications human resources, training "dedicated" workers are used to make the staff from "by managers" to "management" transformation ,and accept consumer "management" method~ Results show that: strengthening the humanistic management, improving the coal mining enterprises safety, which has special significance to improve the safety of modem management level.
