为了研究中小煤矿业主是否有可能成为企业家,以至于成为改变中国的煤矿安全生产现状的强大力量,从中国煤矿安全生产现状出发,分析企业家与企业家精神内涵与理论,分析中小煤矿业主可能成为企业家的外界客观成就条件与主观自身的具备要素。提出中国中小煤矿业主成就为企业家两方面关键条件要素,是外部社会环境等必要客观要素成就条件与个人性格特质、进取精神等主观要素条件。表明我国中小煤矿业主成就为企业家现实条件逐渐成为煤矿企业以及中国社会经济发展所必须。

In order to study whether small and medium-sized coal mine owner may be entrepreneurs, which become powerful force of change status of the safety production in coal mine, basic of the safety production of coal mine in china, the theory of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship is analyzed, and analyzing the external objective and subjective own achievement conditions with elements of small and medium-sized coal mine owner becoming entrepreneur. The external objective social environment factors and the subjective individual character traits and achievement is crucial condition which can make small and medium-sized coal mine owner to be entrepreneurs. Results show that the conditions that small and medium-sized coal mine owners become entrepreneurs is essential in coal mining enterprises and our social.
