摘要
针对当前与煤炭开采相关的资源破坏、环境损害以及生产事故现象十分突出的现状,中国学者率先提出了实现煤炭资源绿色开采的理念和科学研究与技术框架,通过总结矸石直接充填采煤的技术框架,系统地介绍了综采矸石充填技术、普采矸石充填技术和巷采充填技术的充填开采系统布置、关键设备及充填开采工艺,提出矸石处理与利用应遵循减量化排放、再利用、再循环,适宜性、经济高效和环境效益最佳的原则。
In view of grave problems in resource destruction, environmental damage and production accidents related to coal mining, Chinese scholors first proposed the concept, scientific research and technological framework of green mining of coal resources. Based on direct filling coal mining technology framework, a systematic introduction was made of filling mining's system layout, key equipment and technology of fully mechanized mining, mining and road mining filling technologies. It is pointed out that gangue treatment and utilization should follow the principle of reduced emissions, reusability, recyclability, suitability, high economic efficiency and optimal environmental benefits.
