摘要 为了推动环保材料的发展,特别是城市建设中对废弃建筑材料的再利用,得到能够解释再生混凝土作为新的原始材料加以利用的理论依据。通过介绍混凝土再生骨料与天然骨料基本特征的比较引出当前再生骨料混凝土的一些特性和发展,以及使用期需注意的问题。根据理论指导通过制作试块的方法对强度加以验证,结果验证了实验之前的理论推导,实验表明:存在一个临界水灰比,当水灰比大于这个值时,试块强度降低,当小于这个值时强度变化不大,再生混凝土的最佳砂率大致为0.37,并且再生混凝土可以实现建筑垃圾的再利用。通过实验对这些制作工艺上的推究相信会对环保材料的研究和发展,特别是对废弃混凝土的再利用起到积极的作用。 To propel the development of environment friendly materials, in particular the reuse of obsolete building materials in city construction, a new theory was sought to explain how recycled concrete could be used as new original material.Through the contrast between natural aggregate concrete and regenerated aggregate concrete, an introduction was made of some characteristics and development of RAC and of problems in its application.Several groups of test blocks were made based on theories and their intensity was tested.Results verified pre-experiment theoretical derivation. The experiment shows there is a critical water-cement ratio. When the water cement ratio is greater than this value, intensity of blocks decreases; when it is less than this value, the strength will not change much.The best sand ratio is about 0.37. Regenerated concrete could realize the reuse of building waste.The experimental study of these technologies will contribute to the research and development of environment friendly materials as well as the reuse of waste concrete in particular.
