摘要
为了测试球墨铸铁显微组织中给定相的体积分数、粒子的平均截线长度等参数,采用了显微组织体视学定量分析方法,从图像中提取特定几何形态数据进行显微组织特征定量分析,解决了显微组织形貌与性能之间的相互关系。结果表明:该方法初步实现了显微组织特征的参数化描述,为定量化研究球墨铸铁显微组织演变及性能与组织的关系提供了借鉴。
In order to measure parameters such as volume fraction of a given phase and a particle's average transversal length in noclular cast iron's micro-structure, stereological quantitative analysis of micro-structure was adopted. An quantitative analysis was made of micro-structure feature of the data with specific geometric shape extracted from images. The correlation between microstructure pattern and property was worked out. The result indicates that the method initially accomplished the parametric description of micro-structure feature.The study provides reference for quantitative research of the microstructure development of noclular cast iron and of the relationship between property and structure.
