摘要
针对中国北方中、小型露天矿由原来的铁路运输改为公路运输方式,以及已经改为公路运输的该类矿山在其车辆整机未到期但发动机到期的情况下发动机选型缺乏系统分析及理论依据从而导致的选型混乱以及由此造成的发动机运行效能问题,结合现场环境运用统计分析及工程分析的方法,在车辆的动力选择及发动机结构选择等方面做了比较系统的综合分析,提出了发动机选型的注意要点,为在此种环境下的发动机选型与改造提供了初步的理论依据。所提出的理论观点在缺乏发动机改造经验,使用汽车的运输大型露天矿山也具有一定的指导意义。
Railway an transportation means of many state-owned medium and small open coal mines in the north of China has been replaced by road. For those mines with road transport, the engine usually expires earlier than the vehicle itself. In this case, lack of systematic analysis and theoretical basis in the selection of engine leada to selection chaos and the consequent problems in engine operating efficiency. Based on field environment, statistical analysis and engineering analysis, systematic and comprehensive analyses were made of the selection in power and engine structure, key points for attention were suggested in engine selection, and hence preliminary theoretical basis was prepared for engine selection and retrofit under this condition. The theoretical viewpoints also provide guidance for bigger open coal mines where there is no experience in engine retrofit and where transportation is done by automobiles.
