摘要
大量的工业生产测试设备及家用电器需要对目标温度进行多点精确测量,尤其是温度分布情况。本文研究使用多眼单列红外传感器对目标表面温度分布测量的方法。它使用步进电机控制传感器视场对目标温度扫描,采集环境温度对目标温度值进行补偿,数据通过放大及模数转换后经I2C接口送入主机进行算法补偿,并及作为处理器进行判断的依据。实践证明,该系统检测精度能达到±3°C以内,分辨率达到160个点,刷新速度达到2times/min。该技术的应用可大大降低系统成本,增加可维护性,具有较高的可靠性和顾客满意度。
Lots of equipments in factories and household appliances need measuring multi-point temperatures, especially the temperature distribution. A method for detecting temperature distribution using multi-pixel infrared (IR) sensors is put forward in this paper. The system adopts the stepper motor to control the field of view (FOV) of sensor to scan the surface of the measured object, collects the environmental temperature information to compensate the measuring results of the sensor. After amplified and A/D converted, the data are sent into the host computer through the I2C interface to complete the arithmetic compensation, and taken as the basis of judgment of processor. The practical application show that the system can reach the measuring accuracy of ±3℃, revolution of 160 and refresh rate of 2 times/min . This system solution can reduce the system cost greatly, increase the maintainability, and have higher reliability and customer satisfaction.
