松花粉醇提物抗肿瘤作用的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on the Anti-tumor Activity of Alcohol Extracts of Pini Pollen

目的探讨松花粉醇提物的体内外抗肿瘤疗效。方法体外检测:MTT法测定松花粉醇提物对人结肠癌细胞247、HCT116、人宫颈癌细胞HeLa及人胚肾细胞K293的细胞毒作用;体内检测:建立Lewis肺癌小鼠模型,计算各组小鼠的肿瘤、胸腺、脾脏重量、抑瘤率及免疫器官指数。结果松花粉醇提物对以上3种肿瘤细胞均表现出明显的抑制作用,而对K293的毒性较弱;能明显抑制Lewis肺癌移植瘤的生长,并能提高小鼠的胸腺和脾脏指数。结论松花粉醇提物在体内外实验中有明显的抑瘤作用,且对免疫器官有一定的保护作用,为肿瘤的预防、治疗及术后恢复提供了一定的理论依据。

Objective To investigate the anti-tumor activities of alcohol extracts of Pini Pollen in vivo and in vitro.Methods In vitro test：the MTT method was used to determine the inhibitory effect of alcohol extracts of Pollen Pini on 247,HCT116,HeLa and K293.In vivo test：mice with Lewis lung carcinoma were used in this study,The weight of the tumor,thymus,spleen,the tumor inhibitory rate and immune organ index in each group were calculated.Results Alcohol extracts of Pollen Pini had obvious cytotoxicity to various tumor cells but less cytotoxicity to normal cell K293,Capable of significant inhibition on the growth of Lewis lung carcinoma transplanted tumor and can increase the thymus and spleen index of mice.Conclusion Alcohol extracts of Pollen Pini can effectively inhibit tumor and protect immune organs.
