余甘子对模拟高原环境小鼠抗疲劳作用的实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察余甘子在模拟高原环境下提高小鼠抗疲劳能力的作用。方法将雄性昆明种小鼠120只随机分为6组(n=20),分别为平原对照组、缺氧对照组、红景天阳性对照组(0.87 g/kg)、余甘子低、中、高(0.38、1.17、11.67 g/kg)剂量组(剂量分别相当于人体推荐剂量的0.3、1、10倍)。平原对照组在平原环境下饲养,其余5组在模拟5000 m高原环境中饲养,灌胃给药,平原对照组和缺氧对照组灌胃等体积生理氯化钠溶液,连续给药10 d,观察小鼠在模拟高原环境下力竭游泳时间及血乳酸、血糖和肝糖原的变化。结果与缺氧对照组比较,余甘子低、高剂量组力竭游泳时间分别延长199.4%和168.8%;低剂量组血乳酸曲线下面积减少53.8%;低、中剂量组肝糖原分别增加42.7%和42.4%;各组血糖力竭前后无显著性差异。结论余甘子在模拟高原环境下具有缓解小鼠体力疲劳的作用。 Objective To investigate the anti-fatigue effect of Phyllanthus emblica L.in the simulated plateau environment.Methods 120 male KM mice were randomly divided into six groups(n=20): normoxia control group,hypoxia control group,salidroside group,Phyllanthus emblica L.groups of low dosage,mid dosage,and high dosage(0.38,1.17,11.67 g/kg),which are equivalents of 0.3,1 and 10 times of the dosage recommended for humans,respectively.Normoxia control group was fed under normoxia environment,and the other groups were fed at a stimulated altitude of 5000 meters.Normoxia control group and hypoxia control group were intragastrically administrated with normal saline.After continuous administration for 10 d,the swimming time,glucose and lactic acid concentration in blood and glycogen contents in the liver were determined.Results Compared with normoxia control group,the swimming time of the low-dosage and high-dosage groups was prolonged by 199.4% and 168.8%,respectively.The area under the blood lactic acid curve in low-dosage group was significantly decreased by 53.8%.Glycogen contents in the liver were significantly increased by 42.7% and 42.4% in low-dosage and mid-dosage groups,respectively.Glucose in the blood of each group did not changed much.Conclusion Phyllanthus emblica L.at can alleviate physical fatigue in mice under simulated plateau environment.
