烧伤灵酊的质量控制方法研究

A Study on Quality Control of Shaoshangling Tincture

目的建立烧伤灵酊的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对酊剂中地榆、白及、冰片进行了定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定地榆中没食子酸的含量。结果薄层色谱法鉴别专属性强;没食子酸在1.0～101.1μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.9999),平均回收率为98.57%,RSD为1.3%(n=6)。结论本方法专属性强、重复性好、简便易行,可用于烧伤灵酊的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for quality control of Shaoshangling Tincture.Methods Thin layer chromatography was used for identification of Sanguisorba officinalis L.,Bletilla striata（Thunb.） Reichb.f.,Borneolum Syntheticum,and high performance liquid chromatogyaphy was carried out to determine the content of gallic acid in the Sanguisorba officinalis L..Results The thin layer chromatography identification was highly specific.The calibration curve for gallic acid was linear within the range of 1.0-101.1 μg/ml（r2=0.9999）.The average recovery of gallic acid was 98.57%,RSD was 1.3%,n=6.Conclusion The method is accurate,simple and well reproducible.It can be used as a reliable method for quality control of Shaoshangling Tincture.
