摘要
目的建立了高效液相色谱法测定7-甲氧基-1-萘满酮含量和有关物质检查的方法。方法采用Dikma Diamonsil C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(68∶32),流速:1.0 ml/min,检测波长:222 nm。结果在所选定的液相色谱条件下,有关物质与7-甲氧基-1-萘满酮完全分离。而且7-甲氧基-1-萘满酮在8~32μg/ml(r=0.9996)范围内线性关系良好,最低检测限为0.8 ng。结论本法重复性和精密度良好,可用于7-甲氧基-1-萘满酮的含量测定和有关物质检查,方法简便,结果准确。
Objective To establish an high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of 7-methoxy-1-tetralone and its related substances.Methods The analysis was carried out on a Dikma Diamonsil C18(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)column and a mobile phase of methanol-water(68∶32).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the detection wavelength was set at 222 nm.Results 7-methoxy-1-tetralone and its related substances were completely separated within a linear range of 8-32 μg/ml(r=0.9996).The detection limit of 0.8ng was obtained,with related substances less than 1%.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,and reproducible,which can be used to determine 7-methoxy-1-tetralone.
