降冰片烯合成工艺的研究

Study on Synthesizing Process of Norbornene

将乙烯与双环戊二烯(DCPD)合成降冰片烯(NB)的反应分成反应温度、压力较低的原料预混合阶段和反应温度、压力较高的反应阶段,并采用不同的反应器,考察了反应时间、压力和温度等对NB的选择性、DCPD的转化率的影响,确定了最终的优化条件。实验表明,在220℃、15MPa、加料时间40min、加完料继续反应20min条件下,NB选择性达到90%以上,DCPD的转化率接近100%。

The reaction for synthesizing norbornene （NB） with ethylene and dicyclopentadiene （DCPD） includes two stages,the materials premixing stage with low temperature and low pressure, and reaction stage with high temperature and high pressure. The effects of reaction time, pressure and temperature on the selectivity of NB and conversion rate of DCPD were analyzed, and the optimal conditions were determined. The experiment showed that under the conditions of 220 ℃, 15 MPa,feeding time of 40 rain, and reaction time of 20 min after feeding,the selectivity of NB reached over 90% ,and the conversion rate of DCPD was up to about 100%.
