高血压患者低密度脂蛋白与血压变异性关系 被引量：2

摘要 ①目的探讨低密度脂蛋白与高血压患者血压变异性的关系。②方法选择50例原发性高血压(EH)患者,分为低密度脂蛋白升高(LDL>3.12mmol/L)和LDl正常(LDL≤3.12mmol/L)两组。采用无创性袖带式血压监测仪行24小时动态血压监测。以24小时血压及血压变异性(BPV)为监测指标。③结果两组患者24小时血压及BPV均有差异(P<0.05)。④结论 24小时平均血压及变异性与低密度脂蛋白相关。
