Effects of homemade 75 % saffron ethanol on phlebitis by sodium fusidate

目的探讨自制75％藏红花乙醇治疗夫西地酸所致静脉炎的效果。方法将60例因静脉滴注夫西地酸所致静脉炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例；对照组局部涂擦喜疗妥软膏，观察组局部涂擦自制75％藏红花乙醇。结果观察组治疗效果优亍对照组（z=-3．238，P〈0．05），治愈时间显著缩短（t=-5．216，P〈0．01）。结论自制75％藏红花乙醇治疗夫西地酸所致静脉炎可提高治疗效果，缩短治愈时间。

Objective To investigate the effects of homemade 75% saffron ethanol on phlebitis by sodium fusidate. Methods All the sixty patients who having phlebitis with sodium fusidate were randomly divided into control group and observation group （30 cases for each）. The control group was rubbed with the hirudoid locally, and the observation group was rubbed with 75% saffron ethanol. Results The effective of observation group is better than the control group （ Z = - 3. 238, P 〈 0. 05 ）, especially shortened the time of therapy （t = -5. 216, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The homemade 75% saffron ethanol can improve the effect of therapy on phlebitis by sodium fasidate and shorten the therapy time.
