摘要
采用不同切削用量,车削加工不同热处理状态、不同材料的工件,并用STRAINFLEX MSF-2M型X射线残余应力分析仪对其表面进行测试与分析,为提高工件表面质量提供了理论和实验依据.
This paper deals with the test and analysis of residual stress caused by turning various material workpiecesin its different heat treatment state. The residual stress on and under the surface of the workpiece is measured by modelMSF - 2M STRAINFLEX, an X - ray residual stress testing apparatus. The research result has theoretical and practi- cal significance to the surface quality improvement of workpieces.
