摘要
介绍一种新型超精密微量进给刀架,该刀架采用双簧片铰链结构的弹性变形体,刀尖高度可实现0~0.3mm微量调整.实验结果表明,该刀架具有良好的静、动态特性,其轴向静刚度为100N·μm(-1),行程为0~5mm,重复定位精度不超过±0.02μm.x方向、y方向的固有频率最低为4.36kHz和4.05kHz.能够满足超精密加工的需要.
This paper introduces a kind of new type ultra- precision micro - feeding tool post. The tool post adoptselastic deformaton material with double springe hinge servo. The tool tip's height can realize micro - adjustment 0~ 0.3 mm. The results of the experimentS show that the tool post's characteristic of static and and dynamic state is better,the axialstatic stiffiness is 100 N·um-, the navel is 0 ~ 5 up, and the relocation's precision is less than± 0.02 mp. The lowest matulal agency in the dimection of x and y is 4.36 kHz and 4.05 kHz, which can satisfythe requirements of the ultlapmeisin machining.
