高校学籍管理工作的研究

Research on college students' management work

高校学籍管理是教学管理工作中一个不可缺少的重要组成部分,它是学生在校整体情况的反映,是教学秩序和教学改革顺利进行的重要手段和必要保障。随着我国高等教育改革的不断的深化改革和高校招生规模的不断扩大,办学形式从原来的单一化转变到现在的多样化以及高校专业从原来的机械化到现在的人性化,传统的学籍管理在实际工作中已经凸显出弊端,这对学籍管理带来巨大的难度。本文通过分析高校学籍管理方面存在的问题,并就此问题提供相应的对策。

College students＇ status management,which records the whole situation of students＇ study and life in school,is the very significant work of teaching management.It is an important means and a necessary guarantee for teaching order and reform.With the continuous development of teaching reform and growing expansion of recruitment scale,the form of school running has changed from simplification to diversification,and college specialty establishment has changed from inflexibility to students-orientedness.The apparent ills of traditional status management of college students have brought great difficulty to the modern management.On the basis of analyzing the problems,this paper presents some corresponding strategies for solving these problems.
