收集是档案管理的起点,其基本任务是将应收藏的档案资料等集中到档案馆室,为保存历史和提供利用奠定坚实的物质基础,是档案信息资源开发的前提条件,因此它在档案管理中占有非常重要的位置。本文拟就档案收集存在的问题及对策谈谈自己的想法。

Collection is the beginning of archives management.Its main responsibility is to put all the files which ought to be collected into the archives office and to lay the material foundation for keeping history and providing utilization.As the prerequisite for developing archives information resources,it holds a very important position in archives management.This article analyses the main problems in archives collection and presents some corresponding countermeasures.
