摘要
研究了游梁式抽油机的智能控制方法,介绍了硬件系统及控制程序流程图;应用变频调速技术、过程控制技术对现有的游梁式抽油机进行了改造,使抽油机冲次及上下冲程速比可以无级调节,并进行智能化控制.在新疆油田采油一厂H6108井上的试验结果表明,智能化抽油控制系统在稠油开采中具有显著的增产、节能效果.
Variable frequency technique and process control technique are applied in the
improvement of existing pumping. The improvement makes its stroke rate and up-stroke to
down-stroke velocity ratio steplessly regulated. And intelligent control is used in the speed
regulation. The practice in Xinjiang Oilfield has proved that the intelligent pumping control system
can increase production and reduce power consumption in viscous oil recovery.
