摘要
连续油管作业可节省大量的上卸扣时间,并能减少能量消耗,因此应用范围不断扩大.连续油管作业设备的核心是注入器,根据注入器的主要功能,提出一种新的注入器液压系统,并对其组成、工作原理和性能特点进行了详细的分析.该液压系统的主驱动回路与辅助驱动回路分开,主驱动回路主要满足负载特性的要求,辅助驱动回路主要保证灵活的操作性能,这样便于系统的调试和维护.在主驱动回路中采用闭式容积调速和节流调速相结合的控制方式,分别满足载荷扭矩为正和为负的负载特性要求.这种控制方式特别适用于大功率系统.分析表明:新的液压系统既满足负载和操作要求,又节能可靠,是一种理想的连续油管注入器液压系统.
Coiled tubing operation can save a lot of on off
time and consumed energy. So it is widely applied. The core of a coiled tubing equipment is an
injector. A hydraulic system is designed for the injector. The hydraulic system consists of main
circuit and auxiliary circuit. The former meets the load requirement of the system, and the latter
ensures the operation flexibility of it. The debugging and the maintenance of the system are
very easy.Volume control and flow control are adopted at the same time in main circuit to meet
the load requirements of positive and negative torques separately. This control way is specially
suitable to large power systems. The constitution and the operating principle of the hydraulic
system are introduced. Its characteristics are analysed. It is shown that the system can satisfy
the load and operation requirements of the injector, and that it is a ideal hydraulic system of
coiled tubing injector.
