To alter the former, not only besides serious research and execution of new GB, but also it is important how to assure the combine of the old and the new. Only in this way will we bring the fuel laboratory work to the brand new epoch, direct the adjustment and reasonable coal storage of operating workers in power plant and exert utilization efficiency of fire coal.
