摘要
简述高山矿区的地质特征、水文地质及工程地质特征,指出目前该矿区产生的主要地质环境问题表现为煤矿开采引起地面塌陷和地裂缝、地下水水位下降及煤矸石不合理堆放而造成的土壤、水质污染等。笔者认为,矿山环境保护法律不健全、地方矿政管理格局混乱、群众缺乏环保忧患意识是导致以上地质环境问题的主要因素。作者结合当地实际情况,提出了一些具体、可行的治理措和防治对策、建议。地质环境重在预防和保护,要防患于未然。希望各级相关职能管理部门能够以人为本、相互协作、相互监督、认真履行,决不能为了当地经济建设和个人政绩的需要,而造成对地质环境的污染与破坏。
Based on outlining the geo-environmental characteristics of the study area,its geo-environmental problems are analyzed and corresponding treatment methods are proposed.The main problems are ground subsidences and fissures,caused by mining,as well as soil and water pollution,resulted from falling underground water and unreasonably-disposed coal gangue.They are closely related to the deficient legislation about mine-environmental protection,the improper management pattern of the local authorities and a lack of environmental protection awareness by the masses.
