摘要
将TiO2颗粒引入Ni-P合金镀液,采用化学镀的方法在黄铜上制备了(Ni-P)-TiO2复合镀层。利用扫描电镜、X-射线能谱仪、X-射线衍射仪和比表面积测试等检测手段,对(Ni-P)-TiO2复合镀层的形貌、化学组成、相结构以及其比表面积进行了分析。研究结果表明:(Ni-P)-TiO2镀层表面为均匀分布绒丝状复合物;TiO2的加入使镀层的粗糙度增加,具有更大的比表面积;复合镀层中TiO2的质量分数可通过镀液中TiO2的加入量来调节,TiO2的加入会造成复合镀层中的P含量下降,但不改变镀层的晶态结构;当镀液中ρ(TiO2)为3~5 g/L时可制备w(TiO2)大于20%的复合镀层。
(Ni-P)-TiO2 composite coating was prepared on brass by electroless plating from TiO2 powder containing bath.The appearance,chemical composition,phase structure and specific surface area of the coating were studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and BET.Results showed that the coating has a uniform velvet-like composite distribution all over the surface;the incorporation amount amount of TiO2 resulted in increased roughness and specific surface area;TiO2 content in coating could be adjusted by the addition amount of TiO2 powder into the bath;adding TiO2 could decrease P content but had no effect on crystalline structure;when the bath containing 3~5 g/L TiO2 powder,coating with 20% or more TiO2 content could be prepared.
