摘要
针对吐哈温米油田污水悬浮物含量高的特点研制了污水处理剂FMA.室内及现场应用试验表明,FMA 对油田污水具有良好的絮凝、阻垢及一定的除油能力.根据水质的不同,在50~400m g/L加量下可使机杂去除率在92% 以上,含油去除率大于97% ,阻垢率大于90% ,这种FMA 絮凝剂生产工艺简单,成本低廉,且生产中无任何副产品产生,不污染环境.
The content ofthe suspended substance is high in the w aste w ater ofWenm iOilField. Forthis reason, a new sew age treatm ent agent FMA is developed. Experim entaland field tests show that FMA has good flocculation, scaling resistance and oilrem oving ability to oily sew age. Adding FMA of50~400m g to a litre of different quality sew age can rem ove m echanicalim purity of 92% , oilof 97% and scale of 90% . The technology ofproducing FMA flocculantis sim ple and the costis low . There are no by-products and environ- m entalpollution in the process ofproducing FMA.
