摘要
目的:了解青少年女性生殖健康情况,探讨青少年生殖健康教育的必要性;方法:对698例非意愿妊娠青少年女性行药物流产或人工流产情况及其生殖健康状况进行分析;结果:698例非意愿妊娠者中,未婚674例,占到96.56%,无措施561例,占80.37%,有措施但避孕失败94例,占68.61%;结论:青少年女性生殖健康知识缺乏,生殖健康受到威胁,应采取多种形式开展青少年女性生殖健康教育和避孕知识宣传,保障青少年生殖健康。
Objective To know about the adolescent female reproductive health status,and to discuss the necessity of adolescent reproductive health education.Methods 698 cases of unwanted pregnancy had drug abortion or artificial abortion and their reproductive health was analyzed.Results Among 698 cases of those unwanted pregnancy,unmarried 674,accounting for 96.56%,no measures of avoiding pregnancy 561,accounting for 80.37%,measures unsuccessful 94,accounting for 68.61%.ConclusionAdolescent females lack reproductive health knowledge,whose reproductive health threatened.We should adopt various forms to carry out the reproductive health education and adolescent female contraceptive knowledge publicity,to ensure adolescent reproductive health.
