近红外图谱比对法快速鉴别10种假药 被引量:5

摘要 目的为充分发挥药品检测车近红外检测系统的功能,提高药品检测车的运行效能。方法根据不同的物质具有不同的近红外图谱,选取知名厂家的名牌产品,以已知真品药物的NIR图谱为参比,对监督检验中发现的可疑样品,直接比对其与参比NIR光谱的区别,鉴别真假药品,并以盐酸贝那普利片为例,采用HPLC法进行验证。结果通过近红外图谱比对,10个品种被鉴别为假药。结论经验证,证明近红外图谱比对法可以作为快速筛查假药的有效方法。 Objective In order to explore the function of Near Infrared(NIR) Prescreening Identification System equipped on mobile lab,improve the working effect of mobile lab.Methods The spectra of suspicious samples were directly compared with the spectra of authenticated medicine in routine supervision.This process is based on the fact that different materials possess different NIR spectra.Therefore,it could be used to distinguish authenticated and counterfeit drugs rapidly.Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets were set as example and were verified by HPLC.Results 10 kinds of products were counterfeit drugs.Conclusion The results confirm that direct NIR spectra comparison is an effective method for quick screening of counterfeit drugs.
