摘要
目的建立HPLC-UV法测定多维生素糖浆中D-泛醇的含量。方法采用Agela AQ-C18柱;流动相A为0.05mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾-乙腈(99∶1);流动相B为0.05mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾-乙腈(80∶20);梯度洗脱;流速为1.0mL.min-1;检测波长为214nm。结果 D-泛醇的浓度在0.02-0.4mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000,n=5);平均回收率为99.8%(RSD=0.4%,n=9)。结论本分析方法快速、灵敏,分离度良好,结果准确可靠,可作为多维生素糖浆的质量控制项目之一。
Objective To develop a HPLC-UV method for determination of D-panthenol in Alvityl Syrup.Methods After being diluted with pure water,samples were separated by HPLC on Agela AQ-C18 column with mobile phases of 0.05mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phophate water solution-acetonitrile(99∶1) and 0.05mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phophate water solution-acetonitrile(80∶20).The mobile phases were gradient eluted.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 214nm.Results Calibration curve for D-panthenol was linear over the range of 0.02-0.4mg·mL-1(r=1.0000,n=5).And the average recovery was 99.8%(RSD=0.4%,n=9).Conclusion The assay is proved to be sensitive,accurate and convenient with good resolution.It can be applied to control the quality of Alvityl Syrup.
