摘要
运用博弈论方法,构建了一个基层科研组织成员科研合作稳定性模型;运用模型,分析了基层科研组织成员的合作条件,对影响科研人员合作稳定性的因素进行了分析,并提出了加强高校基层科研组织成员合作稳定性的机制设计和实施建议。
Using game method,this paper constructs a stability model about basic academic organization in university and analyzes the corporative conditions between researchers in basic academic organizations,and then the factors which influence corporation of researchers and its stability are analyzed.At last,based on results of analysis,this paper proposes some suggestions about mechanism design and implementation that should make the academic corporation and its stability better.
