乡村建设的路径选择及其运行机制:以大学生工作站为例

Path selection and operation mechanism for rural construction——Taking university student work station as an illustration

农业是国民经济的基础,"三农"问题一直是国家重点关注的问题。近几年来,大学生的就业问题愈发严重,逐渐成为社会关注的重大问题之一。如何更好建设新农村、发展现代农业、培育新型农民,如何鼓励大学生转变就业创业观念,到基层就业创业已经成为亟待解决的重大问题。因此,通过国内外乡村建设的发展模式借鉴,文章提出"大学生工作站"、"新农人"的新概念,把这两个大问题整合成一个问题解决,并提出了相应的模式与运行机制。从农村社区化建设的角度出发,丰富大学生工作站的各种功能与平台作用,推动农村的经济、文化的发展。

On the basis of the previous rural development theory and in view of the hot point about employment of university students,the concepts of ＂university student work station＂ and ＂new farmer＂ are defined and the corresponding mode and operation mechanism are proposed.From the perspective of rural community development,this model gives full play to the various functions of the university student work station and its role as a platform to promote the economic and cultural development in countryside.
