摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,使用C18(ODS)柱和二极管阵列检测器,以甲醇+水为流动相,对噻虫胺原药中有效成分进行分离和外标法定量。结果表明方法的线性相关系数为0.999 98;标准偏差为0.23;变异系数为0.24%;回收率为99.86%～100.70%。
This paper described a method for the separation and quantitative analysis of the clothianidin by HPLC.Results showed that the linear correlation coefficient,the standard deviation,the variation coefficient and the recovery rate were 0.999 98,0.22,0.22% and 99.86%～100.70%,respectively.
