脑电图对病毒性脑炎的诊断价值

Study of diagnostic value of electroencephalogram in viral encephalitis

目的：探讨脑电图在小儿病毒性脑炎诊断中的价值。方法：对101例病毒性脑炎患儿住院期间二次脑电图及42例轻症型和30例普通型＋重症型病毒性脑炎患儿出院后3、6、12个月的脑电图结果进行回顾性分析。结果：101例患儿入院1~3 d内首次脑电图异常98例,占97.03%,脑电图的异常程度与病情轻重、治疗效果和转归有一定的相关关系;轻症组中有7例轻度异常脑电图患儿和1例中度异常脑电图患儿,在随访过程中脑电图始终没有恢复正常。结论：脑电图对于儿童病毒性脑炎的诊断,尤其是普通型和重症型,有很高的诊断价值。结合脑脊液和头颅MRI可提高小儿病毒性脑炎的诊断率。

Objective：To explore the diagnostic value of electroencephalogram（EEG） in children with viral encephalitis.Methods：The twice electroencephalogram results in 101 children with viral encephalitis during the hospitalization and the electroencephalogram results at 3,6,12 months after discharge in 42 mild cases and 30 ordinary plus severe cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Among 101 cases of viral encephalitis,the first EEG abnormalities were in 98 cases,accounting for 97.03%.EEG abnormal degree was related with severity of disease,treatment effect and outcome in some extent.In mild group,7 cases had slight abnormal EEG and 1 case showed moderate abnormal EEG,which never returned to normal during follow-up.Conclusion：EEG has highly diagnosing value in children viral encephalitis,especially in ordinary and severe cases.Combining EEG with CSF and head MRI can improve the diagnostic rate of viral encephalitis.
