Treatment experience of cystectomy and brain pool open microsurgery in children intracranial arachnoid cysts

目的:探讨囊肿切除并脑池开放术治疗儿童颅内蛛网膜囊肿的临床效果和手术中应注意的问题。方法:回顾分析我院26例应用囊肿切除并脑池开放术治疗患儿的资料。结果:经囊肿切除并脑池开放术治疗的26例中,25例均有明显改善,1例症状无明显缓解。结论:囊肿切除并脑池开放术是治疗儿童蛛网膜囊肿的一种有效的理想方法。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect and the notable problems during operative process of cystectomy and brain pool open microsurgery in treating children intracranial arachnoid cysts.Methods：The clinical data from 26 children cases of intracranial arachnoid cysts treated by cystectomy and brain pool open microsurgery in our hospital were summarized retrospectively and analyzed comparatively.Results：Among 26 cases treated by cystectomy and brain pool open microsurgery,25 cases were apparently ameliorated and only 1 case had no obvious improvement.Conclusion：Cystectomy and brain pool opening microsurgery may be effective ideal method to treat children intracranial arachnoid cyst.
