不同根管预备方法对超声根管清洗效果的扫描电镜观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:比较2种不同根管预备方法对超声根管清洗效果的影响。方法:40颗离体单根管牙随机分为两组,分别采用标准锥度逐步后退技术(A组)和大锥度冠向下技术预备根管(B组),超声根管清洗后应用扫描电镜对各组在根冠1/3、根中1/3及根尖1/3部位玷污层清洗的效果进行观察。比较各组根管清洁的差异。结果:根冠1/3:2组间差异无统计学意义;根中1/3和根尖1/3:B组均优于A组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:大锥度冠向下技术可增强根中1/3和根尖1/3的超声清洗效果。
