摘要
采用He-Ne激光辐射方法,对紫外线-B辐射下,花生幼苗在生长发育、生理生化等方面的损伤修复效应,从个体、细胞、DNA分子等水平上进行了试验和分析。主要阐明了He-Ne激光在植物生长和细胞分子损伤修复过程中所起的促进作用,以及激光促进生长和修复的途径、方式和作用机理。
Tests and analysis were conducted on levels of individual,cell and DNA molecule of ultraviolet-B radiated peanut seedling to explore the influence of He-Ne laser irradiation on injury repair from growth,physiology,biochemistry and other aspects.The promoting effects of He-Ne laser on plant growth and injury repair of cells and molecules were discussed.The pathway,pattern and function mechanism of the promotion were also expounded.
