棉花黄萎病拮抗菌的筛选及定殖效果初步研究 被引量:5

摘要 对120株棉花内生菌对棉花黄萎病菌(Verticillium dahilae)的抑制作用进行了研究,筛选出能够对病原菌产生抑制或拮抗作用的菌株。发现15.8%的菌株对病原真菌有一定拮抗作用,具有强拮抗作用的菌株有3株,选取拮抗作用最强的S11菌株进行棉苗入侵定殖效果研究,结果显示,采用菌液浇灌的方式,能从棉苗的根、上胚轴、下胚轴和子叶中分离发现菌株,在4种接种方式中菌株定殖效果最好。 Antagonistic bacterium were screened out of 120 entophyte strains from cotton.It was showed that 15.8% of these strains had antagonistic activity,among which three strains had good antagonistic activity.Antagonistic bacteria S11 with the best antagonistic activity was studied in cotton invasion and colonization.The results indicated that the method of bacteria liquid irrigation showed the best colonization effect in cotton.The isolates could be separated from roots,epicotyl,hypocotyl and cotyledon of cotton.Among the 4 inoculation mehtod,fix planting has bdst efficiency.
