摘要
HND5是一株分离自臂形草的内生真菌,对其拮抗作用评价结果表明,该菌株能够产生对11株病原真菌有较好拮抗作用的挥发性气体,对峙培养表明其对这些菌株有较好拮抗作用,而其无菌滤液仅对部分病原真菌有一定的拮抗作用,挥发性气体可能是其抑菌作用的主要机制。
HND5 is an endogenetic fungus isolated from Brachiaria brizantha,the antagonistic activity was evaluated and the results showed volatile gas produced by HND5 had antagonistic activity on 11 pathogen fungi.In confront culture,HND5 had inhibition on these pathogen fungi,while the germfree filtrate of HND5 had inhibition on only 3 strains,so the volatile gas played an important role in the antagonistic effects.
