摘要
设置4个不同培养温度对长柱十大功劳(Mahonia duclouxiana Gagnep)种子进行发芽试验,研究不同温度对种子发芽率、发芽势和萌发时间的影响。结果表明,温度对种子发芽率、发芽势、始发芽和终止发芽时间影响显著,种子的萌发时间随温度的升高先缩短后延长,在20℃培养温度下,种子的发芽率最高、萌发时间最短,发芽势较好。综合考虑各指标,长柱十大功劳种子最适宜发芽温度为20℃。
Four different temperatures were designed to evaluate the effects on germination of Mahonia duclouxiana Gagnep seeds.The result showed that temperature had significant influence on seed germination percentage,germination energy and germination time.Seed germination time first shortened with temperature increasing,then prolonged with temperature increasing.There are highest seed germination percentage,shortest germination time and higher germination energy in 20℃.Comprehensive evaluated all index,the optimum temperature of germination of Mahonia duclouriana Gagnep seeds was 20℃.
