摘要
以盐地碱蓬为原料,采用微波辅助法提取盐地碱蓬红色素。通过单因素和正交试验确定微波辅助提取的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,盐地碱蓬红色素易溶于去离子水而不溶于纯有机溶剂,最大吸收峰在538 nm处,初步确定盐地碱蓬红色素为甜菜红素;最佳提取工艺参数为微波功率560 W、提取时间70 s、料液比1∶20(m/V,g∶mL)、提取1次。与传统的浸提法相比,微波辅助提取色素具有时间短、耗能低、提取率高等优点。
The optimal technological condition of red pigment extraction from Suaeda salsa by microwave-assisted technique was determined based on single factor and orthogonal experiment.The red pigment was insoluble in organic solvents but soluble in water;and its maximum absorption peak was at 538 nm,thus it was primarily identified as betacyanin.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows,microwave power,560 W;extraction time,70 s;material to liquid ratio,1∶20(m/V,g∶mL) and extracting once.Compared with traditional extraction methods,the microwave extraction technique had advantages of short time,low energy consumption,and high extraction rate.
