黄槿叶片挥发油和脂肪酸成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:6

摘要 应用气相色谱和质谱联用仪,对采自湛江市特呈岛红树林区的半红树植物黄槿(Hibiscus tiliaceus)叶片的挥发油和脂肪酸成分进行分析测定。结果表明,从挥发油组分中分离出63个峰,鉴定出54种化合物,其中,含有吡咯类、呋喃类、酚类、醛酮类、醇类、吲哚类等丰富的物质种类,分别占挥发油总量的6.34%、9.78%、19.32%、25.59%、15.85%、4.06%;脂肪酸组分中共分离出34个峰,鉴定出主要脂肪酸13种,和特呈岛其他红树林植物相比,黄槿叶片中同样含有相对含量较高的棕榈酸及亚油酸,分别占脂肪酸总量的30.11%和10.11%。 The volatile oil and fatty acid of the leaves of Hibiscus tiliaceus from semi-mangrove plant in Techeng island of Zhanjiang city were studied by GC-MS.63 peaks were separated and 54 compounds were identified from the volatile oil.Many kinds of chemical components were involved,such as pyrrole(6.34%),furan(9.78%),phenol(19.32%),aldehyde ketone(25.59%),alcohol(15.85%),indole(4.06%),et al.And 34 peaks were separated,13 compounds were identified from the fatty acids,compared with other mangrove plants from Techeng island,the leaves of Hibiscus tiliaceus also contained abundant hexadecanoic acid and octadecadienoic acid,they were 30.11% and 10.11% of fatty acids respectively.
