摘要
通过磺化木质素与Fe2+离子反应的反应特征及其产物木素磺酸铁(FeLS)的水溶性、紫外吸收光谱和分子量分布等性质的研究,结果表明,FeLS中的总铁含量高达23.4%(WW),且表现为Fe()形态,其水溶性随pH而变化,在碱性条件下不生成Fe(OH)3沉淀.紫外吸收光谱显示,FeLS在205nm处有一明显吸收峰,在260~280nm间有一肩峰.电镜观测FeLS聚合分子为球形和块状,其主要分子量分布为10200和58800.表明FeLS中的Fe()
The chelate Fe(Ⅱ) lignosulfonate (FeLS) is synthesized by the reaction of Fe 2+ and lignosulfonate. The characteristics of chalate reaction is examined. Ultroviolet absorption spectrum and molecule weight distribution are studied. Results show that the total Fe in FeLS is as high as 23.4% (W/W) . Its solubility in water varies with pH. Putting FeLS into alkaline water solution, no Fe(OH) 3 pricipitation is observed. UV absorption spectrum study reveals that FeLS has a characteristic sharp absorption peak at 205 nm and a shoulder from 260 to 280 nm. Electron microscope observation shows FeLS polymes are spherical or blocky in shape, its raletive molecular weight distribution is at 10 200 and 58 800. All shows Fe(Ⅱ) is in the state of chelate rather than free ion.
