肾损伤的手术治疗体会

Experience of operation in treating kidney injury

目的:探讨肾损伤的手术治疗经验。方法:将在我院治疗的严重肾损伤患者22例给予手术治疗,追踪随访手术效果。结果:本组21例患者获得痊愈;死于失血性休克合并颅脑损伤1例。1例肾修补术及1例肾部分切除术患者术后出现短期尿瘘,均经对症治疗后痊愈。存活患者均获得,6～12个月随访,定期复查肾功能、尿常规、血压等均正常。结论:及时诊断、准确评估病情,并给予合理的手术治疗是提高手术治疗效果的保障。

Objective：To investigate the treatment experience of operation in treating kidney injury.Methods：The 30 cases of kidney injury received operative treatment and were followed up for operative effects.Results：29 cases were fully recovered.1 case died of hemorrhagic shock and complicating craniocerebral injury.1 case of renal repair and 1 case of partial nephrectomy appeared short term urinary fistula after operation and both got recovery by symptomatic treatment.All of them were followed up for 6~12 months,and the urine routine and blood pressure were normal by regular rechecking.Conclusion：The prompt diagnosis,accurate assessment and reasonable operation are the safeguard to improve the operative effect.
