转Bt基因抗虫棉杂交种成铃分布及棉铃发育动态的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在同等肥力条件下,对转Bt基因抗虫棉杂交种泗棉3号F1、F2代种、苏棉6号F1、F2代种与对照泗棉3号、苏棉6号进行了棉铃发育的研究.结果表明:抗虫棉F1代优质桃比例高于对照,F2代低于对照;成铃比例与对照趋势一致,即中部>下部>上部,内围>外围;在棉铃发育性状上,F1代杂交优势明显,长度、横径、体积都高于对照,F2代则表明有一定退化;单铃籽棉重及籽棉产量均表现为F1代高于对照。 The result of the experiment of boll of Bt transgenic hybrid showed that the F 1 hybrid of Simian No.3 and Sumian No.6 had more high quality bolls than their parents had, F 2 hybrid lower than their parents. There were some characteristics about the ratio of retained bolls between hybrids and their parents, which were that the ratio of the retained bolls of middle section of the plant was higher than that of the upper and lower sections, the ratio of the interior retained bolls was higher than the exterior bolls. The length, diameter and volume of the F 1 hybrid were higher than their parents, the F 2 hybrid bolls were less superior to their parents. The boll weight of the F 1 hybrid was higher than their parents, the F 2 hybrid boll weight lower than their parents.
