摘要
介绍了一种具有温度自动补偿功能并能测试多种物质水分的双圆筒电容式水分仪，该水分仪能实时显示温度． 实验结果表明，仪器具有测试速度快、操作简便、精度高、湿滞回差小等特点．
This paper introduces a new kind of humidity sensors with double cylinderical capacitance. In order to improve the measurement accuracy, we adopt reference measurement and temperature compensation. In addition, microprocessor is used in the signal processing. The obvious advantage of this sensor is its fast response, high resolution, good stability, small hysteresis and its high accuracy. The temperature can be displayed also.
