摘要
在假定产品寿命服从威布尔分布的条件下，以正常工作条件下寿命估计值的方差最小为原则，通过对试验应力水平的大小和数量以及试样分配的比例进行优化，提出了定时截尾情况下恒定应力加速寿命试验方案的优化设计方法。
In this paper, under the supposition that product life follows Weibull life distributions, authors took minimum variance of life estimate at normal stress level as design object,the quantity & number of test stress level and the distributive proportion of test samples as design variable,put forward an optimum design method of censored constant stress accelerated life test plans.In addition, according to the optimization method mentioned above,authors determined an optimum accelerated life test plan of model ×× aerospace electrical connector.
