摘要
研究了饲喂不同饲料对牛蛙机体主要养分组成变化的影响。结果表明,全价饲料组牛蛙整体中粗蛋白、钙、磷的含量分别比蚕蛹组高42.41%(p<0.01)、81.32%(p<0.05)、87.50%(P<0.05),而粗脂肪含量比蚕蛹组低118.11%(p<0.01);必需微量元素、氨基酸的含量均不同程度地高于蚕蛹组。牛蛙腿肌中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、钙、磷等的含量,两组间十分接近;在微量元素上,全价饲料组牛蛙铜、铁的含量比蚕蛹组高31.00%(p<0.01)、92.06%(p<0.01),而锌、锰的含量则差异不大;在氨基酸上,两组牛蛙间无显著差异。
The effect of different diet on variety of nutrient composition in bullfrog were studied in this paper. The results showed that the concentration of crude protein, Ca, P of bullfrog whole body in balanced diet group were higher than that of bullfrog in silkworm pupa group, about 42. 42 % (p <0. 01 ), 81. 32 % (p <0.05 )and 87. 50 % (p <0. 05) respectively. The crude fat of former were lower than later about 118. 11 % (p<0. 01). The concentration of main trace element and amino acid of whole body in balanced diet group were all higher than that in silkworm pupa group. In the muscle, the concentration of crude protein, crude fat,Ca, P in two group were almost the same. The content of Cu and Fe of balanced diet group were higher than that of pupa group about 31.00 % (p<0. 01) 92.06 % (p <0.01) respectively. There were no significant difference in concentration of Zn, Mn, and amino acid of bullfrog muscle between two groups.
