摘要 对火花源原子发射光谱法中的4种典型的分析方法——脉冲分辨分析法、峰值积分法、单火花评估法和原位统计分布分析法在钢中夹杂物的状态分析中的应用进行了综述。介绍了各种方法分析夹杂物的主要原理、特点和分析进展,也比较了各种方法的优缺点和适用范围。指出了火花源原子发射光谱法在钢中夹杂物状态分析中的优势,并提出了该法在夹杂物分析中的发展方向。 The application of four typical methods in spark source atomic emission spectrometry(pulse discrimination analysis method,peak integration method,single spark evaluation and original position statistical distribution analysis method) in state analysis of inclusions in steels were reviewed in this paper.The main principle,characteristic and analytical progress of these methods were introduced.Moreover,the advantages and disadvantages as well as the applicable range of the methods were compared.The advantages of spark source atomic emission spectrometry in the analysis of inclusions were pointed out.In addition,the developing direction of this method in the analysis of inclusions were proposed.
