青藏高原藏羊狂蝇蛆的形态学观察

Morphological Observation of Larvae of Oestrus ovis in Tibetan Sheep of Qinghai Tibetan Plateau

应用低倍显微镜和实体显微镜对采自青藏高原等地区的羊狂蝇一期幼虫、二期幼虫、三期幼虫的形态特征进行了详尽的观察并对不同海拔高度地区的样本的细微形态结构进行了比较,发现它们之间仅有较小的个体差异,其基本特征性形态显示一致,从而确认青海省的6个县市、甘肃省的3个县市的狂蝇蛆同属一种。

The morphological characters of first instrayarvae,second instra-larvae and third instra-larvae of Oestrus ovis were exaustively observed using low-power microscope and stereoscopic microscope in Qinghai-Tibetan plateau and the slight morphological structure of the samples which were collected from the region of different height above sea level was compared.The results showed that there was a little individual difference in morphological structure among the larvae of Oestrus ovis collected from the region different height above seal level.but there was same basic morphological characters,which suggested that the larvae of Oestrus ovis in six county（city） of Qinghai province and three county（city） of Gansu province belongs to one species.
