Autonomy and Self-management of Academic Community

本文借梁启超"学术乃天下之公器"和章太炎"学在民间"的名言,讨论了学术、学人和学术共同体性质和作用,进而回到中国实际,揭示和批判了学术严重失范和失序的种种情况,在此基础之上,提出了反思不思、拿起批判武器和学人民间自愿采取集体行动,重建学术秩序的思路和建议。

By means of the famous sayings 'Academics is the public instrument of the world' by Liang Qichao and 'Learning lies in non-government circles' by Zhang Taiyan,this paper discusses the nature and role of academics,scholars and academic community.After that,it reveals and criticizes incidents of academic misconducts and disorders.On this basis,it puts forward such train of thought and suggestions as self-examination,taking up weapons of criticism and scholars’ taking collective actions voluntarily for reconstructing academic order.
