摘要
应用有限元软件ABAQUS对挖掘机主平台多道焊的温度场和应力场进行了数值模拟。选用三维实体单元,考虑材料物理性能随温度的变化和周边对流、辐射散热的影响,采用内部热生成和振幅曲线的加载方法模拟焊接热源的移动,运用单元生死技术模拟多道焊过程。获得了焊接温度场和应力场的动态变化过程,并分析了计算结果。
Temperature and stress distribution of multi-pass welded on main platform of excavator is simulated using ABAQUS codes.3-D solid elements were used to mesh the model,and temperature depended material properties are considered as well as the convection and radiation as boundary condition.Internal heat generation and ampli-tude loading were used to simulate the moving heat source.The process of multi-pass welding was simulated using a technique of element birth and death.Temperature distribution and stress variation of welding are achieved and the results are discussed properly.
