摘要
简述了国外某大型铁矿模块建造项目中料仓结构广泛使用的一种新型低合金高强材料Bisplate400的特点,该材料保持了低碳、多种微量合金元素组合的化学成分设计,同时通过连扎控冷、精确控制炉温和淬火速度的先进热处理技术,极大地改善了材料的微观组织结构,从而获得传统意义上低合金高强钢难以实现的高强度、高硬度、高耐磨性,同时还具有良好的冲击韧性和非常好的焊接性。由于该新型材料在获得诸多优异的性能指标的同时还保留良好的焊接性,以及较低的成本,认为该新型低合金高强度材料将在矿山机械、铲车铲斗、料仓衬板、交通运输设备、耐磨材料等领域具有相当广阔的应用前景。
It has been described that the characteristic of a new low-alloy high strength material Bisplate400,which were used in iron module fabrication project for one large foreign company.The material Bisplate400 has fewer carbon,more minor alloy elements for chemical,and many advanced technology have been used during production,such as continuous roller quenching and tempering process,furnace temperatures and quenching rates are scientifically controlled,and finally obtained the higher strength,higher hardness,better wear resistant,excellent impact-toughness and weld ability.But Bisplate400 definitely have widely potential for mine machine,forklift,bucket,chutes,and transportation facilities because of the excellent mechanical property together with good weld ability on the basis of lower cost.
